Looking for a parent(s) to help co-chair this year’s Fall and Spring Book Fair!

Planning for the fall book fair will start mid September. Responsibilities include: assisting Becky Swanson, the Prospect librarian, with planning the event, submitting newsletter content, advertising the fair throughout the school, and working the 2-day fair alongside the volunteer committee members.

The book fairs are always an exciting and special time for the kids, but also provide funding for the library for the year. It’s a great way to help out! Email Emily Podboy (elpodboy@gmail.com) for additional information.

WE HAVE A NEW WEBSITE!

8/1/2023 12:00 am

We are excited to announce that we will be using Membership Toolkit for our Directory, Online Sales, Volunteer Sign Ups and Communications starting with the 2023-24 school year. This will be replacing our current website and DirectorySpot, and it is the way to now access sign-up genius.

New to Membership Toolkit? To create an account, first click on Register/Login. If you already have an account with another organization that uses Membership Toolkit you can use the same email and password to login. You can then proceed to the numbered steps below.

  • Select "Create Account" and fill in the name, email, and password information.
  • Click "verify my email" and then check your email for a link to complete the process. The link expires in 2 hours. If you do not receive the email, check your spam or junk folders.
  • Once you have verified your email address, log back in and finish the registration process.
  1. Complete the Family Information.
  2. Complete the Directory Preferences.
  3. If you haven't already paid your PTO dues, make sure to fill out the 2023-24 PTO Dues form. You will be unable to access the Directory until your dues are paid.

Once the Primary Account is set up, the Primary User can "invite" other email addresses to access his/her account. This allows the Secondary User to have their own login information, but still have access to the family account.

Prefer to use your phone? Be sure to download the Membership Toolkit app. Everything on the website is in there! Available on the Apple App Store and Google Play. Register on the website first, then use the same login credentials to log in to the app.
