| PTO REGISTRATION

Welcome to Prospect School! This is an exciting time for you as you embark on your child’s educational experience in elementary school. Whether it’s your first child beginning at Prospect, or your third, you couldn’t be in a better place! To reacquaint yourself with the PTO, what we do and how you can get involved, here is a list of Committee Descriptions.

Follow the links below to pay your PTO fees, sign up to volunteer for a committee, register your child with D181 for next school year, and order school supplies!

1. Pay PTO Activity Fees (Required)

Please pay your 2026-27 PTO fees by Saturday, May 2nd. The PTO activity fees help support Prospect's assemblies, clubs, special events, room parties, the angel fund, teacher support, text messaging service, the PTO website, and much, much more!

If you haven't registered for an account on our website, please do that first by clicking here. Once you are logged in, update your family information. You are now able to pay your 2026-27 PTO activity fees from your family account page.
Note: Access to the family contact directory cannot be shared until PTO activity fees have been paid.

2. 2025-26 Prospect PTO Committee Volunteer Sign Up Form
You will be able to sign up online to join one or more of our wonderful PTO committees. You may sign up for any one of our PTO committees by accessing the PTO Volunteer Sign-Up Form. (You must have an account and be logged in to access the form from the Family Account page). We can't offer all of our programming without you, so we appreciate all of your support in giving these wonderful activities life at Prospect!

Note: Room Parent, Yearbook, Music, Library, and Hot Lunch volunteer signups will happen once classroom assignments have been announced. Please be on the lookout for further communication from those committee chairs in early September via the weekly newsletter.

3. 2026-27 District 181 Fees and Registration (Required) <-Registration opens 2/2/2026
Please complete the District 181 online registration form via Skyward to register your students and pay their 2026-27 district fees. The D181 fees are separate from the Prospect PTO fees.

It is our pleasure to represent the PTO and we welcome any questions – please feel free to contact us!
