What is new for Hot Lunch in the 2025-2026 school year?
We are offering a chicken tender day/grill cheese day. We will not be offering pasta option this year. We will also be offering gluten free pizza. Please see the Q&A below regarding your gluten free pizza questions.

Who are the vendors for hot lunch?

Pizza will be from Home Run Inn and the chicken tenders, grilled cheese and burgers will be from Culver's.

My child has an allergy, will there be an ingredient list?

An ingredient list will be provided with the menu & link to register for hot lunch. Please make sure to review it carefully as we will not be able to make changes unless something changes in the ingredients.

If I miss the sign up window for Hot Lunch registration will it reopen?

Once the hot lunch registration link is open, there will be a weekly reminder. The registration will close on September 3rd and it will not be reopened. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate any exceptions if you miss the registration period.

I’m not sure if my child will like the options available.

We encourage you to visit the vendors prior to registration before you confirm your child’s order as we cannot make changes after the registration closes.

If my child changes their mind or doesn’t like the lunch, can we make changes during the school year?

Unfortunately, changes cannot be accommodated after registration closes.

Can we order more than 1 slice of pizza?

Yes, you can select one or two slices of pizza for your child. There will be a cost associated to the second slice of pizza but the cost of that second slice is not charged as a meal so your child will not get extra sides just an extra slice of pizza.

On the chicken tenders/grill cheese day can I order both lunches for my child?

You may only select one option for each child. If you feel like it will not be enough food for your child please pack something extra from home to supplement.

Will there be a gluten free option?

New this year, we will offer a gluten free pizza option! Pizza will be offered two times each month and that will be the only gluten free option for this year. Please note the gluten free option comes with a higher cost passed on from the vendor.

How do I sign up to be a hot lunch volunteer?

The sign up for hot lunch volunteers comes from the PTO presidents typically in the spring. If you did not sign up this year, please keep an eye out in the spring when an email is sent with all the available committees including the hot lunch committee members.

If I signed up for the hot lunch committee volunteer in the spring of 2025 when will I be able to sign up for my volunteer dates?

Please keep an eye out for that email in late August. A sign up genius will be emailed to the hot lunch committee volunteers with more details.
