Michelle started on their inaugural Division 1 women's Lacrosse team and earned a scholarship. She has been with Lakeshore Lacrosse for 15 years, getting 100+ players recruited to college. From this success, Michelle was inspired to start Be Gritty Recruiting Consulting in January 2023 to help student-athletes in all sports reach their collegiate sports goals.
